58. Filling Your Creative Cup During Times Of Rest

As we draw to the close of this crazy year of 2020 and prepare for a break over the holidays, I sat down with my studio assistant Steph for a chat about why it’s so important to take regular, solid breaks from both our art practice and business.  Having said that, this will be the final podcast episode for 2020 and we’ll be returning with a fresh new season on 19th January 2021 so we can all enjoy a few weeks of summer holidays here in Australia.

So settle in as we chat about different ways to fill our creative cup during times of rest, family and summer.  And also hear a little bit about a new a FREE mini course I have coming up on our return on January 19th.

Wishing you all an absolutely beautiful holiday season, wherever you find yourself in the world.  Thanks so much for being here and for your support of the podcast.  I look forward to bringing you many new creative adventures in the new year.

Some of the key moments in this episode are;

  • A new FREE e-course!

  • Taking a break until Jan 19th for rest and creative recharge

  • Feb painting as a practice challenge

  • Plans for the Podcast in 2021
