This episode is a studio chat with Steph and Laura about the power of saying ‘no’. In the early stages of developing any business it’s pretty common to say yes to a lot of different opportunities while you’re figuring things out.

But as I’ve learned recently there comes a times when it’s appropriate to zone in on certain aspects and to start saying no to some of the opportunities that might come our way.

Saying no has been a learned skill for Suse and is a continued struggle. This episode digs into this topic and includes some key insights including;

  • How saying ‘No’ to an opportunity can propel you forward and creates freedom and flow in other areas of your practice.

  • How sometimes you need to say ‘Yes’ before you can say ‘No’.

  • How to navigate pulling out of an opportunity through heartfelt communication.

  • How to identify when an opportunity is wrong for you.

  • How exploring opportunities in the spirit of experimentation reveals valuable information for future decisions.

Enjoy the episode!
