82. Suse's ADHD Diagnosis
Today on the podcast I’m unpacking finally getting a formal diagnosis for ADHD. Join Steph and I as we walk through the impact of receiving a formal diagnosis and what has unfolded for me in relation to my art business and life as a result.
Steph also shares that she too believes she has ADHD, so we talk a bit about how she is navigating that realisation as well and also that this may be one of the reasons that we work so well together.
In this conversation we talk about the opportunity this has given each of us to focus on the unique strengths that also come along with being neurodiverse, and what a great opportunity we have as creatives to make the most of it.
Some highlights include
How I feel about my diagnosis and what it means for my art practice and business moving forward.
The positives of having ADHD and it’s relationship with ‘flow’
How Steph and I ride the waves of hyper-focus.
How well we work together based on a mutual understanding of our neurodiversity.
We hope you enjoy this very intimate episode but please remember we aren’t doctors so disclaimer on all thoughts shared on this podcast.
